Smoking Lounge

October 09, 2004

Many of you who have been in here at the Tobacco Bowl know of the 'room upstairs'. This is the space that was used for storage for, oh, probably 30 years or so, but which I have been threatening to fix up into an expanded sitting, smoking and relaxing space for the past 5 years. Well, that time is now...almost. I've just recently had it painted by our fine Scottish friend, Gordon Davidson (901.859.8590), who you should all call if you need any painting or carpentry done. I'm in the process now of fine-tuning the space, furnishing it, etc., to make it a real attraction for all of you. Winter is coming on and soon it will be too cold to sit out on the back patio for a fine cigar, so I will be inviting you all in to my living room to make yourselves comfortable. Stay tuned for more!
