La Gloria Cubana Reserva Figurado

Ernesto Perez-Carillo, founder of La Gloria Cubana cigars, says that the Selectos de Lujos and Flechas Especiales, of the new Reserva Figurado line, are "the first new figurados I've made in 20 years - because they're the best size and shape to taste this exceptional blend of tobaccos." These cigars are made by two Grade 7 master rollers hand picked by Ernesto Perez-Carillo Jr. and, therefore, are limited in availability. The next shipment will not be until Spring/Summer of 2005.

Wrapper: Ecuadorian Sumatra
Binder: Nicaraguan
Filler: Dominican Republic & Nicaragua
20 per box

The CAO cigar tasting last Saturday was huge! I'd just like to thank everyone who came out and supported CAO and Memphis Tobacco Bowl. Thanks to Jeff Tinnell with CAO for driving over from Nashville to work on a Saturday and bring us the fine CAO Criollo and Brazilias. Stay tuned, too, for news of future tastings and other events to come!

The Lounge is Open
Six years in the planning and it's finished (mostly). You all must come by and see the lounge in the loft. A big, BIG thanks to everyone who helped clean over the weekend - Ken & Mrs. Ken, Chris, Barry, Geoff, and thanks to Toby for hooking up the Wi-Fi internet (that's right, bring your laptop in and connect to the internet!).
