Meet Me In Havana
Havana, Cuba, will increase its tourist options this year, one of which is the Saratoga Hotel, in the city's historic heart, which will be inaugurated in late 2005.
The establishment, located on Prado Promenade and Dragones streets, will offer 96 rooms, including seven suites.
Only a part of the façade of the hotel, which has an eclectic architectural style with neoclassic predominance and was inaugurated in 1993, remains intact.
The rest of the building consists of a contemporary design that combines traditional elements and new technologies.
The current version of the Saratoga Hotel includes reproductions of some elements of the original building, including large French windows, the portal and the terrace-lookout.
Precisely, guests can see beautiful sites of the city from the lookout, including the Bay of Havana and the Fortress of San Carlos de la Cabaña.
